Being that I'm a builder, I get to talk to many different financial people about rates and loans quite a bit. Your the only company I know of who can refinance a home that was just listed for sale. Beyond that, I know that usually self employed people have to prove assets and income to qualify. I don't know you guys can do it and the banks can't. But I just wanted to email you a thanks.
